htaccess Directory Listing Configurations

To prevent people from browsing your directoy, put this in your .htaccess file.

Option -indexes

OR:

IndexIgnore *

To allow people to see everything in your directory:

Option +indexes

To allow people to see everything except image files:

IndexIgnore *.gif *.jpg
